The Kanban System Design course offers foundational knowledge of The Kanban Method and guides students through understanding their systems, enabling them to design a suitable Kanban system that meets their needs. By grasping the core concepts of The Kanban Method, you will be equipped to design a Kanban system that enhances visibility, communication, and collaboration within your team.
